Hardware Repairs, Maintenance and Contract Support
After the warranty period elapses, we shall continue to support your systems through the following three types of maintenance contracts:

  1. Total cover Maintenance contract:

This type of contract covers both labour and spares.

  1. Preventive maintenance:

This type of contract covers labour only. The spare parts are sold at prevailing rates.

  1. Call contract:

This type of contract is per call. Labour and parts are charged at market prevailing rates.
